Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following Diploma courses in the Government & Private Engineering Schools/ Polytechnics of Odisha for 2024-25 Academic Session through SAMS Portal (www.samsodisha.gov.in). The portal will be opened wef 01.04.2024 (Monday) for registration and filling up of Common Application Form (CAF) by the applicants. SAMS Odisha Diploma Admission Admit Card 2024
Issue of Admit Card : Odisha Diploma Admission 2024 admit cards shall be issued Online. The candidates are required to take print out of the same and produce at the Examination Centre. Candidates have to provide their identity proof at the time of Entrance Test.
Venue of the Test : The Online Computer Based Test shall be conducted in the Centres identified by the Examination conducting agency approved by Government.

The provisional scoring key shall be made available in the website for reference of the candidate. After 3 days of the completion of the entire Computer Based Test for all the courses. The online quories on the scoring key shall be invited for 3 days from the candidates. On the basis of the quories received from the candidates the Expert panel will analyzed the complains and if found genuine the final scoring key shall be made available within 1 week. The decision of the Expert Committee in case of any discrepancy, in the question paper as well as the scoring key shall be treated as final.

On the Home Page of the SAMS Portal, by clicking on Diploma (Polytechnic) TAB under Skill Development & Tech Education Box, the applicant will be directed to DIPLOMA Admission Home Page. Applicants need to download the USER MANUAL and follow the detailed procedure prior to Registration, Filling up of CAF, Uploading the valid Documents, Filling up of Choices, Payment of non-refundable Application Fee and submit the Application (CAF). The applicants may also visit the DTE&T, Odisha Website www.dtetodisha.gov.in where all admission related information will be made available and he/she will be redirected to SAMS Home Page by clicking DIPLOMA NEW ASPIRANT Tab for new registration.
